K: What is your favorite profile?
ACA: Although the majority of the products I buy are Horizontal Bevel, I love the option of further enhancing my projects curb appeal with the Board & Batten and Perfection Shingles options.
K: Have you seen a change in colour preferences/trends for homeowners over the past 5 years?
ACA: Yes, colours have definitely gotten darker & bolder. Kaycan is always updating its colour palette to stay current.
K: Do your customers do their research prior to contacting you? For example, do they know what they want already?
ACA: Yes, customers definitely do their research, but most of them need to see samples for the touch and feel of a product.
